Prospect Park Team Conflict Submission Form
Please use this form to notify us of any conflicts or special requests. We will make every effort to try an honor the requests but there is no guarantee that we can accomodate your request. Only conflicts submitted on this form or with the tournament registration will be considered. Please do not call or text the tournament director.
Requests must be received no later than the Sunday prior to the start of the tournament to be considered.
Priority for conflict requests will be given based on order of when conflict was received and order of payment.
