East Cobb Hotel Registration

For the 17U tournament at East Cobb the team has to stay at the same hotel and it has to be one we have booked through their travel agency.   We have a block of rooms booked at the Doubletree Guest Suites Atlanta Galleria located at 2780 Windy Ridge Parkway.

We have rooms reserved from Mon 7/6 to Mon 7/13 at $99 per night plus all of the taxes. These rooms are all suites with a king and a pull out couch.   We have to submit one rooming list by mid-May and they want us to submit one list with all names and credit card information.

Please use the following form to provide us with your hotel registration information. Use the quantity below to indicate the number of rooms needed and then click on the button. On the next screen you will need to add your contact information and then click the Proceed to Checkout button to enter your credit card information.   Your credit card information will only be used to hold your room. When you check in you will provide payment information.

You will get an automatic e-mail response thanking you for your purchase. You can disregard this e-mail as your credit card will not be charged.
