Payment Options
Tournament and Event fees may be paid by mailing the payment to:

Please make sure to identify your team and event on your check.
If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, the team will be charged a $35 fee which will need to be paid before they will be allowed to play in a future Prospect Park tournament.
Payments can also be made on-line with a credit card or paypal account. To pay for tournaments, leagues, workouts and camps on line, please select the appropriate age group and tournament date or product from the options below and please note that there is a convenience fee add to on-line payments.
If an on-line payment is made three weeks prior to a tournament that is eligible for the $25 Prospect Park Early Payment Discount a refund of $25 will be issued to your account through Pay Pal.

Refund Policies
Tournament spots are not guaranteed until payment is received. Spots are awarded and consideration for special requests is given in order of payment receipt.
Prospect Park Tournament Withdrawal Policy
A team that withdraws from a tournament that is full will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee only if a replacement team is found. A team that withdraws from a tournament after the schedule has been posted will receive no refund.
Prospect Park Tournament/Game Rainout Policy
If due to weather an event is cancelled the day prior to the scheduled start a credit for the full cost of the tournament will be applied to a future Prospect Park tournament or refunded.
If an event is cancelled on the first day of the tournament or once the tournament has started due to weather teams that play less than their guaranteed number of games will receive a prorated credit to a future Prospect Park tournament or refunded less a $25 administrative fee.
A game that is started is considered as having been played regardless of how many innings are played and there is no refund for the game.
Tournaments that fail to make
If a scheduled tournament does not have at least four teams by the Wednesday prior to the scheduled start of the tournament, the tournament will be cancelled. At the coach's discretion payments made may be applied to a future tournament or refunded.
Prospect Park League Withdrawal Policy
If a team withdraws from a League after the schedule has been posted or the League is full and a replacement team is found, the league entry fee will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.
If a team withdraws from a League after the schedule has been posted or the League is full and NO replacement team is found, the entry fee will be refunded less a $250 administrative fee.
Prospect Park League Rainout Policy
In the event of a rain out of a league game we will make every effort to re-schedule the game. If a game can not be rescheduled we will provide a refund of a prorated per game cost less a $25 administrative fee. Games started are considered to have been played.
There will be no refunds of season ending tournament games that are rainout.
Prospect Park Camp Refund Policy
There will be a full refund of the camp entry fee if the entire camp is cancelled prior to the first day of the camp due to weather.
If a day of the camp is cancelled then the fee will be prorated less a $20 administrative fee for the days completed. Camp day's started are considered to have been completed. There will be no refund if a camp day has to be cut short because of weather.
There will be no refunds for any reason other than the camp being cancelled by a Prospect Baseball Director.
Prospect Park Workout Refund Policy
There will be a full refund of the workout entry fee if the entire workout is cancelled.

Convenience Fees
Convenience fees are added to on-line payments and are not refundable.
Returned Check Fees
A fee of $30 will be charged on all returned checks.
