Refund Policies

Prospect Park Tournament/Game Withdrawal Policy

If a team withdraws from an event and replacement team is found, the tournament entry fee will be refunded less a $30 administrative fee.

If a team withdraws from an event 14 days prior to the start of the event and NO replacement team is found, the tournament entry fee will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee.

If a team withdraws from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and NO replacement team is found, there will be NO refunds.

Prospect Park Tournament/Game Rainout Policy

Policy has been revised and will be in effect for all tournaments starting after 8/1/10

If an event is cancelled the day prior to the scheduled start date due to weather a credit for the full cost of the tournament will be applied to a future Prospect Park tournament. If the team wishes a refund then a $25 administrative charge will be deducted from the refund.

If an event is cancelled on the first day of the tournament due to weather and a team has not played any games a full refund less a $25 administrative fee will be applied to a future Prospect Park tournament.   If the team wishes a refund then an additional $25 administrative charge will be deducted from the refund.

If a team plays two games or less and the tournament is cancelled due to weather. The prorated cost of the tournament (Entry Fee / number of guaranteed games) will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Games started are considered to have been played.

There will be no refunds if a team plays the guaranteed number of games. All 8U -14U tournaments are 3 game guarantees unless otherwise stated and all 15U - 18U tournaments are four game guarantees unless otherwise stated.

Prospect Park League Withdrawal Policy

If a team withdraws from a League prior to the first game and a replacement team is found, the league entry fee will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.

If a team withdraws from a league 14 days prior to the first game and NO replacement team is found, the entry fee will be refunded less a $200 administrative fee.

If a team withdraws from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and NO replacement team is found, the entry fee will be refunded less a $400 administrative fee.

Prospect Park League Rainout Policy

In the event of a rain out of a league game we will make every effort to re-schedule the game. If a game can not be rescheduled we will provide a refund of a prorated per game cost less a $20 administrative fee.  Games started are considered to have been played.

There will be no refunds of season ending tournament games that are rainout.

Prospect Park Camp Refund Policy

There will be a full refund of the camp entry fee if the entire camp is cancelled prior to the first day of the camp due to weather.

If a day of the camp is cancelled then the fee will be prorated less a $20 administrative fee for the days completed. Camp day's started are considered to have been completed. There will be no refund if a camp day has to be cut short because of weather.

There will be no refunds for any reason other than the camp being cancelled by a Prospect Baseball Director.

Prospect Park Workout Refund Policy

There will be a full refund of the workout entry fee if the entire workout is cancelled.

Workouts started are considered to have been completed. There will be no refund if a workout has to be cut short because of weather.

There will be no refunds for any reason other than the workout being cancelled by a Prospect Baseball Director prior to the start.

There is no refund of the convenience charges associated with making on-line payments.
