Prospect Baseball Sponsorships

Prospect Baseball, Inc., is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation that has been established to operate baseball leagues, select baseball tournaments and youth teams that compete at the highest levels. Through high quality instruction and competition that emphasis skill development and understanding the correct way to play the game we hope to develop players that can pursue their dreams of playing baseball beyond High School and become quality young men who maintain a love of the game. Our home fields are at Prospect Park which is located at 10185 Braun Rd. in Helotes just outside of 1604.

In 2010 Prospect Baseball will host approximately 35 tournaments for age groups ranging from 8U to High School Seniors. In addition, Prospect Baseball will operate select teams that will play in local, state and national tournaments. The state and national tournaments chosen are ones that will provide players with maximum exposure to college coaches and the highest caliber competition.

Prospect Park tournaments will draw 10 to 20 teams to the Helotes area. When coaches register their teams they will receive an e-mail that asks them to support our sponsors who help make affordable baseball in San Antonio possible and included in this e-mail will be a link to the Sponsor Page on our web site. Additionally, hotel sponsors will be listed separately on the Hotels page. (Please note that all hotel sponsors require an on-site visit by a Prospect Baseball representative before acceptance of their sponsorship.) On the schedules page, which in addition to the Home page is the one parents go to the most there is a link to the Sponsor’s page and a request that they support our sponsors.

There are four ways to participate as a Prospect Park sponsor:

Web Site Sponsor – The sponsor will get a brief description on the Sponsors page along with a link to their Web Site. Hotel sponsors will also be listed on the Hotels page. The cost of being a Web Site sponsor is $250 for one year. Web Site Sponsors are listed on the Web Page in order of level of sponsorship and date when sponsorship is received.
Outfield Banner Sponsor - These banners will be professional printed on sturdy vinyl with the company’s logo and information. In addition, all companies will be listed on our Sponsor’s Web Page with a link to their Web Page. The cost of an 8’ banner for one year is $625 and a 16’ banner is $1000. Banner sponsorship will also include the Web Site Sponsor features but will be listed on the Web Site ahead of Web Site Sponsors.
6 month Outfield Banner Sponsor – Sponsor provides their own banner. In addition, all companies will be listed on our Sponsor’s Web Page with a link to their Web Page. The cost of a 6 month sponsorship is $300. Banner sponsorship will also include the Web Site Sponsor features but will be listed on the Web Site ahead of Web Site Sponsors.
Field Sponsor – At Prospect Park we have three main fields. A field sponsor will have the field named for their business and we will refer to that field name in all schedules and references to that field. There will also be a sign on the field behind home plate with the field name. Field sponsors will also include the Web Site advertising features and are listed on the Web Site ahead of Web Site Sponsors and Outfield Banner Sponsors. The cost to be a field sponsor for one year is $1500.
